YFC accomplishes it's mission with these local ministry programs.

  • Campus Life
Campus Life is meant for any and all high school students. This group meets weekly to have fun together by hanging out and playing games. Each meeting there is a topic that will be discussed. We love to hear young people and we give them the chance to share their own thoughts on the topic each week. We allow them to share either in small groups or just speak out in the large group. We also want them to know that God and the Bible have a lot to say about the everyday issues teenagers deal with. We will share the basic Christian perspective in order to help young people make an informed decision about the topic of the night.

  • Campus Life Middle School
Also Called "CL(M)", this is designed for junior high students 6-8 grade. At CL(M) is similar to Campus Life except we play a little more and talk a little less. Every week we have an incredible time!

  • YFC Core
YFC Core (previously known as Friend2Friend) empowers, equips and mobilizes students to make a difference in their schools and community.  Student leaders are the focus of this YFC ministry--developing and coaching them to lead a Christian Club in their public high school and to be an intentional witness for Christ by their actions and words to their classmates and friends! Through training events,  resources and "CONNECT"our student leader network, we hope to build today's students up so they can lead tomorrow!

  • City Life
City Life is an effective ministry model to transform the lives of under-served youth, their families and the communities that they live in. The City Life model provides a strategic way to pursue every young person in communities all over Long Island. City Life is a relational, holistic, community-based ministry that desires to see deep change in an urban neighborhood through the raising of indigenous leaders from the young people in that community.  The need for the gospel in urban areas is strong.  Teens need to know Jesus and they need to see His reflection where they live, learn and play.  By immersing ourselves in the daily lives of teens we become an integral part of their community. We challenge teens to do the same.  As an accepted part of their community, we become a known resource for teens, reflecting the gospel in all we do.  City Life will develop and deliver structured programming necessary for basic health and safety, economic understanding, civic interaction, educational success, and spiritual development currently missing in their community.

  • Juvenile Justice Ministry
JJM seeks to engage young people as they are met in a variety of youth-serving institutions (detention centers, probation, correctional facilities, group homes, residential treatment centers, and emergency shelters).  These valued relationships are sustained through ongoing involvement as they reenter their communities.

  • Long Island Youth Leaders Network
These local monthly meetings bring together youth leaders from Queens to the East End of Long Island.  There are three seperate networks Queens/Nassau, Suffolk, and East End.  Join us for fellowship, coffee, and a safe place where youth workers can learn and grow from one another.

  • Student2Staff Internship Program
This program is designed to train LIYFC alumni how to be a YFC leader. Our desire is to provide for the students that stay home for college a place where they can receive discipleship and a unique training on YFC distinctive.
