When Jaycee first started coming to City Life about a year ago, she was quiet and reserved. Though she and her sister had been attending church for a while, they never really felt connected. They kept to themselves, a bit distant, unsure of where they fit.
But something started to shift through something as simple as volleyball and pizza. As friendships began to form, a spark lit up in Jaycee’s eyes. She started to engage during devotionals, listening closely and eventually joining in on discussions.
Now, Jaycee is a young leader in our group. She helps guide others, brings encouragement, and sets an example for younger students.
Just a couple of weeks ago, she and her sister even opened their home to host a Bible study. From unsure and quiet to bold and involved—Jaycee’s journey has been incredible to witness.
